Asset Management Advisory Group LLC (“AMAG”) is a Boston-based real estate consulting group. AMAG works closely with local banks and owners of commercial real estate to provide solutions for distressed real estate. AMAG assists in developing and executing strategies that successfully improve operations, mitigate risk and find seamless solutions for bank owned real estate (REO) and distressed assets.
AMAG provides a full range real estate advisory services including: underwriting analysis, valuations, third party reports, asset management for REO property, disposition strategies and advisory services on bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. During these challenging economic times AMAG works with clients to create customized plans and mitigate as much risk as possible for its clients.
Our Team
AMAG has a team of seasoned real estate professionals who bring decades of commercial real estate experience to its clients. The AMAG team has been involved with asset management workouts covering all property types, domestically and internationally. We offer lenders and owners a comprehensive program to assist in asset management solutions.
AMAG’s Philanthropic Focus
AMAG has a secondary focus on philanthropy. AMAG will donate fifteen percent (15%) of after tax operating profits each year to various charitable organizations to be selected by Senior Management.
